If you ever wondered how many entities NYC libertarian Howard Rich uses to get around our state’s contribution limits, look no further than candidate Dee Compton’s latest ethics disclosure, filed Saturday with the State Ethics Commission.

Seriously, the last time an out-of-state millionaire discretely lavished this much money on someone, Julia Roberts was nominated for an Academy Award.

Per SCRG's standard operating procedures, voters in the primary had no idea … all this voucher cash was given during the blind spot between the candidate’s final public disclosure and the election.
