But enough with the Civics lesson… let’s check in on the disclosures filed Thursday by Ken Roach, who lost his open-seat GOP primary against Mike Forrester on June 10th.
In that race, Roach got 69% of his campaign contributions from New York millionaire Howard Rich and associates. But, of course, voters in
